FDA Approved Uses (Indications)

1. Open package and remove MED-CLOT. 2. Pack MED-CLOT into the wound and use it to apply pressure directly over bleeding source. More than one MED-CLOT may be required. 3. Continue to apply pressure untill bleeding is under control. 4. Wrap and tie bandage to maintain pressure. Seek medical care immediately. Show PRODUCT REMOVAL directions on package to medical personnel.

Dosage & Administration

Directions Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed. Prior to first use, bottle must be primed. Please read the “Instructions For Use” on the insert inside this carton. *Follow your eye doctor’s instructions if you are using this product after an eye surgery (e.g., LASIK) to relieve eye dryness and discomfort.

Warnings

Warnings For use in eyes only. Retain outer carton for full product drug facts. Stop use and ask a doctor if: You experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye. The condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours. Keep out of reach of children. Keep out of reach of children .If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right awav. Do not use

  • If solution changes color or becomes cloudy. When using this product: Avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface. Replace cap after use. If pregnant or breast feeding If pregnant or breast feeding, ask a health professional before use.
